Browse live auctions from your favorite creators. Place a bid above the current high bid — you must beat it by at least the minimum increment. If no one outbids you when the countdown hits zero, you win. A hold is placed on your card automatically when you win.

What happens when I win?

A fulfillment chat opens between you and the creator. They deliver your item — a shoutout video, follow-back, or video call — and once you confirm receipt, your card is charged and the creator gets paid. If you don't confirm within 48 hours, it auto-confirms.

What if the creator doesn't deliver?

If the creator fails to deliver within the agreed window, you can flag non-delivery. The hold on your card drops automatically and you are not charged.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once a creator delivers and you confirm receipt. The only exception is creator non-delivery — if they don't deliver, you are never charged.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Bidlyy never stores your card details.

How do I get paid?

Once a fan confirms receipt of your delivery, funds are released to your connected bank account. You can choose a standard payout (free, 2-5 business days) or an instant payout (1.5% fee, ~30 minutes).

How long do payouts take?

Funds settle approximately 2 days after a fan confirms receipt. From there, standard payouts take 2-5 business days and instant payouts arrive in about 30 minutes.

What does Bidlyy take?

We take 5% of each successful auction. You keep 95% minus standard payment processing fees (approx 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). No monthly fees, no setup costs, no hidden charges.
